Cleotha Abston, the person who kidnapped and killed billionaire heiress Eliza Fletcher, was charged with first-degree homicide earlier this month and will face the demise penalty.
Abston was charged of first-degree homicide, premeditated homicide and homicide in perpetration of kidnapping, Fox Information reported.
