The Senate on Thursday passed the $1.7 trillion Omnibus spending bill in a 68-29 vote.
The bill will now head to the House of Representatives ahead of the Friday night deadline to avert a partial government shutdown.

The 4,000+ page bill was rammed through the senate.
There is no funding for border security, however the bill contains nearly $45 billion in additional military aid for Ukraine.

The legislation contains billions of dollars in special interest earmarks and pork.
